for example if I have an idea for Huggies Diapers and I want my idea incorporated into the diapers or whatever how do I go about doing this I know I can contact Huggies but the person who answers the phone probably won't take me serious but how do I get them to listen to me - is there a company that will help me pitch my idea to huggies?

I think you should do this yourself. You have to go in person and introduce yourself at the company headquarters. If they refuse, then you have to start your own diaper company and make better diapers than Huggies..
