eight year old kid in diapers?

i have a eight year old boy he went to disney with my nibgers kid well them were in the park about a week ago he a peed his pants when he was in line well the mom put him in diapers for the rest of the stip did not let him wear underwear he came home friday crying so ii took them off him but he his still peeping his pants so i had to put them back on i took him to the doctors said he was fine i dont know what to do he was fine when he went comes back in diapers what can i do for him
