Tips for decorating a 14yo girls room?

My walls are blue with:
.White and blue desk
.white bed frame and the doona is brown, white and blue with tons of same colour cushions
.Blue small book case
.Digital piano
.Pinboard with tons of photos
.blue and dark blue bedside table

What are small things I could do to make it look more unique or personalised? I don't really want to spend much but what are small things I could do to make it look better?

Your room sounds peaceful and lovely. If you are into arts & crafts you could easily make a few simple decorations to hang around the room. I just made a photo hanger to suspend from my ceiling by taking a faux cherry blossom branch, looping several strings of clear jewelry wiring around it, and then tying them at various lengths to decorative curtain clips (sort of like this:http://www.joann.com/joann/catalog.jsp?CATID=cat3400&PRODID=prd23158 ) that can hold my pictures without damaging them. I got everything from a craft supply store, and it took less than 15 minutes to assemble. I think it looks awesome. I also bought some really pretty, incredibly inexpensive beads that I'm going to combine with sea shells and hang from another branch. You can hang things from dowel rods you find at hardwood stores as well, and there are so many very easy arts & crafts things you can make that will really add a colorful, creative touch to your room.

If you are an artist you can paint an original mural on your wall, and if art isn't your forte you could use stencils to easily put one up. There are also decorative wall stickers / decals that adhere easily to your wall and are very affordable.

I have a really pretty plant holder that I found in the garden section of a hardware store hanging on my wall filled with pots of green ivy, and I love the zen, earthy feel that it brings to my room. You could fill one with fresh or real flowers in colors that compliment your scheme.

Other suggestions:
~ Using glass bottles, such as the ones Jones Soda comes in, as vases for fresh flowers.
~ Filling clear vases with colorful, beautifully-scented potpourri, or with things like colored beads, foreign currency from any traveling you've done, candles, rocks or shells, marbles, or a variety of other items. I also have two wall vases, one filled with peacock feathers and the other with dried eucalyptus and colorful stones.
~ Rugs and cushions
~ Putting a colorful ribbon around your pin board
~ If you wanted a second pin board you could create a pretty one by replacing the glass in a large hanging frame with a cork board.
~ Icicle lights like the ones you hang outside at Christmas time bright up a room in a pretty way, as do Chinese paper lanterns, and both are very affordable.
~ Posters
~ A collage you make out of photos, postcards and / or cut outs from magazines.
