Mothers, or soon-to-be mothers, of baby girls...What theme did you choose for your nursery?

I'm having a baby girl in August and have just begun looking at bedding online. I don't mind pink, and I'm sorta on a budget. Any ideas?

PS-I'm NOT looking to incorporate Winnie the Pooh or any particular character into my decorating.

I'm with Jean. I did the ladybugs with green, pink, lavender, and white accents. I bought a bedding set at Wal-Mart for under $60.

I was on a budget too, and really didn't want to paint the room. I have cypress from floor to chair rail and was afraid pink wasn't going to look good on it.

This is by little girls room, just to give ideas. I painted the window on the wall. Someone who was remodeling gave me the window, and I just used cheap acrylic paints from Wal-Mart. It can be washed off with soap and warm water if we ever want to change the scene.
