How to make wallet/change purse with candy wrappers!?

I've seen pictures of those cute little change purses that are made of woven candy wrappers but I can't find instructions on how to make them anywhere! Any help?
you can find ones that are actually woven from candy wrappers and they are really cool! if someone could find instructions/ knows how to do this it would be great

well, i dont think ive seen candy wrapper ones, well maybe.....but anyways once my friend made one out of capri sun juice containers! she just sewed them together with a needle and thread....but with candy wrappers maybe you should mount them on something to make them less flimsy and more sturdy....good luck!
