What Star Wars Clone Wars character has a tiny bit of red (trim?)?

I believe he is a trooper or something. I am trying to buy the costume for my son, I know it's not the Cody or Rex characters. He said they weren't it. Thank you!!

If it's a clone trooper, the one with red trim is called "Commander Fox", I think.

Red High Heels are good for your health (and your sex life!)

Believe it or not, but high heels shoes have been proven to improve your sex life!

In 2008 a urologist from Italy (who happened to love high heels herself) conducted research into how wearing high heels affected body posture.

This isn’t a new concept. Renowned shoe designer Manolo Blahnik once said “You put high heels on and you change”. It seems that he was right.

In her study of 66 women who were all aged under 60 years old, Dr Maria Cerruto found that women who wore high heeled shoes (with a two inch heel) had posture that was equally as good as women wearing flat shoes. More importantly, she proved that women who were wearing high heels had less electrical activity around there pelvis! Less electrical activity means that the muscles were in the best possible position, and that can mean better strength for those muscles.

Any woman will tell you that stronger pelvic muscles helps in the bedroom (often leading to a more ‘intense’ experience). This might be the reason Marilyn Monroe was quoted as saying “I don't know who invented the high heel, but all women owe him a lot."

As women get older, and particularly after having children, those muscles can weaken. Perhaps one of the best ways to keep your pelvic floors in trim, according to Dr Cerruto, is to wear sexy high heel shoes!

"Like many women, I like high-heeled shoes," she said. "It's good to know they have potential health benefits."

Woman the world over have often sought solace in the joy and therapeutic benefits of shoes and now, thanks to this research, they can treat themselves to a pair of high heels knowing that it’s good for them in many different ways.

As we know, shoes can come in a variety of different shapes, sizes, colours and fabrics. You can pick colours and styles to suit your mood so if you are feeling confident and powerful, nothing depicts that more than a pair of striking red shoes.

And thanks to the internet, the option of shopping for shoes online has never been easier. If you want a pair of killer red high heels or summer wedges or flats, punch those words into any online search engine the options are instantly at your fingertips. So now you have no excuses for not having a wardrobe full of ladies red shoes!

Perhaps Victoria Beckham, who loves high heels, should have the last word... “If you haven’t got it, fake it! Too short? Wear big high heels, but do practise walking!”
