What do I need for twin babies?

I am pregnant with twin girls.

What do I need two of?

Rocking chairs?
Swings?
Dressers?
Changing tables?
Bouncers?
Bassinets?
Pack n plays? (I HATE the twin pack n play)
Travel swings?

I am cloth diapering, how many cloth diapers do I need? I'm planning on doing the wash every other day, and I'm using Kushies all in one.

How many bottles do I need? I am using breast milk but pumping into bottles.

How many diaper bags?

How many boxes of wipes? How long does it take before they "dry up"?

How many blankets?

Number of pacifiers?

How many bibs, burp cloths, or lap pads?

Get as many bibs, birth cloths and lap pads as you can, about 20 of each at least.
4 pacifiers to start
as many blankets as you can. at least 12
Wipes- unlimited 1 box to begi
1 diaper bag will do.
About 12 bottles, and a lot of the plastic baggies to store breastmilk.
2 travel swings- optional
2 pack n plays - the twin does suck
2 bassinets
2 bouncers
1 changing table
2 baby dressers if they are girls just 1 bc u will hang up most stuff
2 swings- 1 to save room
2 or 1 rocking chairs. whatever you have room and $ for. Ask people for walmart gift cards as baby gifts

2 Boppy pillows very useful for tummy time breastfeeding and for baby to sit up in. all the xtras are useful to you bc u have 2

I'm kind of curious this is my first child what do I buy first?

The question tilte might have confused you after reading this.
I'm 20 years old ,I do have alot of experience with children. This is my first I've bought the basiscs but I know there is alot more that needs to be bought. I already bought clothes 0-3,3-6,and a couple of 6-9 month clothing. I've bought cases of pampers 2, pacifiers,bottles and bottle washers, about 4-5 recieveing blankets, 2 quilts, snow suit, soks,undershirts about8 pks in different sizes ,a crib, a bouncer,a small diaper bag.
I know that a baby needs a stroller ,a carseat, a swing for the days I don't want to keep rocking him ,a high chair, toys, maybe a play-yard. But I know I am forgeting something maybe you can help me out I'm due next month on the 15th yes the day after Valentines day.LOL I was surprised to hear it to! I'd like to get him a bassinett this weekend. I just feel like I'm missing a whole lot that he is suppose to have. Is it just me?

Congratulations. My wife gave birth to our first son in September, so hopefully my fresh memory will help.

1) A nasal aspirator will be good to have on hand in the first few days especially, since he/she will have a hard time swollowing. 2) A&D Ointment or Desitin Cream for diaper rash.
3) A book called "What to Expect: The first year." Best baby book out there. The only one you'll really need.
4) Stick to practical clothing over fancy outfits to start off (onesies, footy pajamas). It'll make life a lot easier the first couple weeks it takes to get used to being a parent.
5) If you're breastfeeding, then you'll want breast pads and Lansinoh cream. My wife was in horrible pain during the first week of breastfeeding. A nipple shield may also be a good/inexpensive alternative, but it may hinder your baby's ability to latch properly without it.

Also, it may not hurt to prepare for the unexpected. In other words, buy premie clothing and necessities, but don't load up too much on anything in smaller sizes yet. Especially newborn diapers and clothes. My son was surprisingly large when he was born and has remained consistantly above the 100th percentile in weight & length for his age. He was 9 lbs. 7 oz. at birth, and now at 4 months old & 21 lbs., he's has outgrown all of his 0-3 month, 3-6 month, and almost all of his 6-9 month clothing. We have a ton of clothes and cases of unused newborn diapers that we never got to use.
