Sac Diaper Bag
What's in my son's poop?
I just changed my son's diaper. It wasn't liquid, but pretty close..and greenish. There were a ton of little jelly like sacs that broke open when I squeezed them. They almost looked like little worms (pointed on one end, round on the other) but they weren't moving at all. For lunch today he had Wendy's nuggets, mandarin oranges and lemonade. Then he had a bite of my southwest taco salad. There were tomatoes in it, even though most places aren't serving tomatoes due to the salmonella scare.
Anyone have an idea of what these things are? He's been complaining of a tummy ache all day, but seems fine now. I saved his diaper in a plastic bag in case I need to take him to the ER and I can show them what it looks like.
I don't know what it could be, but I was always told that if anything seemed funny about my children's poop, save the diaper and take them to see the doc. Could be nothing, probably will be nothing, but better safe than sorry, especially when concerning your babies.
So, I would get him in to see the doc and let him/her check out the poop.
