Can you answer the story of Noah's Ark ?

Why, among the thousands of types of dinosaurs, were only crocodiles and alligators saved ?

What did the carnivores eat when they were let out of the ark, while their prey were repopulating ?

How did polar bears get from the middle east to the polar ice caps, and penguins to Antarctica, and all the strange Australian beasts to Australia, etc., without leaving populations behind ?

Where did all the water come from (enough to cover Mount Everest at 29,000 feet) ?

Why did the massive influx of fresh water not kill the ocean creatures, which require salt water in a certain salinity, temperature, and pressure range ?

Of the millions of species of insects, arachnids, and other bugs on earth, did Noah actually collect two (or perhaps seven?) of each, and how did they survive for 10 months when some of them have a lifespan measured in hours ?

Dinosaurs were extinct thousands of years (perhaps even millions) before the time of Noah.
The animals had reproduced while on the ark, and there were six times more sheep, cows etc (clean animals) brought on-board at the start. Given that God ushered the creatures in, you may be confident that they were suitably pacified (remember Daniel in the lions' den?). Further, there was a period of many years for the ark to be constructed, and God would be bringing the far-flung species in, guiding them to Mesopotamia, during that century.
The deluge came from two sources; the waters above, and the waters underground. No doubt the erruptions from below raised mountain levels to what they are now, and helped change land-masses. Salination levels were surely changed, but there's nothing to stop God getting salt into the vastly increased waters. The errupting waters from under the ground could have broken open vast salt deposits.
You are right to suppose that great changes occured in temperature after the flood. Notice how mankind's life-span was drastically shortened thereafter, and for the first time God allowed man to eat animal flesh as food?
The short survival span of some insects and bugs is not a problem given that they would reproduce whilst in the ark.
It's no use taking the flood account but trying to keep God out of it! Humanly speaking, many things were impossible, but with God in the picture, controlling everything, there were no impossibilities.

Why is the production limited to 109 pairs worldwide?
The Premium 109 Collection is not for everyone. The idea is to make a very limited edition each year. So, for example, this year we produced 109 pairs, which refers to the year 2009. Next year we will launch an edition of 110 pairs, and so forth. 

What's so unique about the Premium 109 Collection?

For instance, it has taken approximately one year to make each pair of shoes. I personally visited the farm in Thailand where the crocodile skins are produced to ensure the quality.
