Skip Hop Tiles
What is going on with my kitten?
Ok, so my kitten, she's only about a month old, is pretty good about using a litter box. When she has to go to the bathroom she does a hop skip and a jump right to the restroom where we keep it. What bothers me is that she'll poop just fine in the litter box, but she'll climb out of the litter box to urinate. She'll go through the motions of trying to dig on the tile and then she'll pee right there next to the box. This is a problem because the bathroom smells more so than it would normally and her back paws always ge wet and she ends up smelling like pee. Is it just some strange quirk that can be fixed or is there something more serious going on?
By the way, I did no take the kitten away from her mother this young, her mother abandoned her entire litter and they were found by my cousin. I wanted to keep one, so there you have it.
she is doing really well for 4 weeks old. she is extremely young so she may not have the litter box deal figured out. it'll take time. you may want to try a second pan. cats hate hate hate stinky litter pans she may not like the poo smell and leaves to use the floor. if you want you could put some piddle pads down where she pees. give her a treat when she uses the litter box right. you will just have to be persistent and keep after her she is so young it may take some extra time. best wishes.

For most tourists, Nice offers the first glimpse of the turquoise paradise that is the Côte d'Azur. Nice has long been a favourite holiday destination for those looking for a relaxing break. The city was founded by the Greeks and named after Nike, the goddess of victory. It was the Romans who began the tourism industry here, when they started the mineral bath trend on Cimiez. The city has always had a noble following. In the 19th century, Nice was the destination of choice for British and Russian aristocrats.
Although slick and modern today, the city still exudes a wonderful sense of charm, harking back to its medieval days. The Vielle Ville (old town) is especially picturesque, boasting vibrant red-tiled roofs, narrow winding streets and bustling laneways teeming with shops, bars and restaurants. A hop skip and a jump from here is the fabulous Cours Saleya flower and food market, where you'll find plenty of fresh and fragrant local produce.
After all that browsing, you're sure to be a little peckish. Fortunately, there are plenty of fine restaurants in the area, offering first class seafood and delicious local cuisine.
No matter where you're staying in Nice, with Nice car hire the beach is never far away. The beautiful Promenade des Anglais is to be found alongside the shingle beaches for about 8km and has been a favourite destination for day-trippers since Victorian times.
