Soft Pink
Would soft pink, green and white be a nice spring wedding colour theme?
I don't want it to be all green and pink, mainly white with splashes of colour here and there. But would a nice soft pink and soft green go together in spring or look silly? kind of pastely colours. I want pink in it but I want it to be bright and modern.
Those are all nice colors that would work well together. For the green, you might want to look for a green rose, like a Jade rose. It's not terribly green, but very fresh looking. There are also small green button mums, and green hypericum berry, that are a chartreuse green, that would add texture, and interest. Lots of pink roses available, from very pale to fuschia. In the spring, bulb grown flowers are available, so you might want to consider tulips. There is a type of "parrot" tulip that is off-white and ruffley, with pink and green accents. White is pretty easy, of course. A nice white rose is a Snowy Jewel. It opens up and has a "high petal" count, so it looks very full. White stock is nice, and smells great. Lots of great options with your color scheme, in a variety of prices. If your arrangements are mostly white, I would recommend colored linens on the table (I'm partial to chartreuse green, but pink would be great, too). There are alot of designers that have published books about floral design, so definitely check these out.
Also, consider using square glass vases for a modern look. They can also be filled with white stones, or fruit (limes, if you like a darker green). Actually, there are alot of options here. Different colored stones are available, and give you a splash of color, for a relatively low cost. Have fun planning your wedding! A good designer will keep your budget in mind, and have alot of ideas for you. Hope I'm not overwhelming you with too much info, it's just how my brain works, lol.
