Should I tell my buddy that his gf is seeing another guy?

I was at a professional sporting event tonight and in the crowd I spotted my buddy's gf with another guy. They were holding hands and quite into each other. They didn't see me. My buddy thinks he is going steady with this girl and I'm sure he doesn't know about the other guy. Should I tell him what I saw or should I just keep it to myself?

Exercise that you can do with a buddy

Staying fit can be a chore especially if you’re having a hard time losing weight. Having a companion or two on your daily exercise workout can make it a much enjoyable experience. There are tons of exercises to choose from, but what are the best that is suitable for multiple persons? Here are some of the top choices to choose from:

Cycling

Probably the best Cardio workout for the whole body, but can get easily boring if you’re alone. The more distance you add to your daily cycling workout, the more it gets tiresome without someone to go along with. Sure, having an IPod or Mp3 player can ease your mind of fatigue but having someone along to talk with or even race with makes cycling one of the best group exercises out there.

Walking

The best cardio workout for starters or even beginners, even people who rarely do exercise can tag along with you. There’s neither special skill nor equipment needed, just a nice pair of shoes will suffice. Having a friend or relative along your daily walking routine to chat with can make your weight loss experience a much enjoyable one.

Lifting weights

People looking to have a bulky muscles and sexy curves pick this type of exercise. The main problem with lifting weights is its repetitiveness can start your boredom to this exercise, especially if you’re alone in the gym when there is no one around to have a friendly chat with or just don’t know folks in there. Tagging a friend or two wont just save you from the boredom but will also motivate you especially if you compare your results or compete lifting weights with your gym buddy.

Team Sports

The most enjoyable way to get exercise, compete with others and stay fit; sports like basketball and football are the most popular ones. This type of activity with friends wont just make you lose weight but also strengthen your friendship and earn you new friends too.
