Is this wheel and tire package a good deal?
I am buying 4 Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 13108 - 225/45ZR18 - 856$
Mind you these are very expensive tires and are used on high end cars
and 4 TSW ASAN GUNMETAL WITH MACHINED FACE AND RED STRIPE 1880ASC405114B76 - 840$
WITH shipping, mounting , balancing , lug nuts, valve stems, caps, everything needed for installation comes to a total of 1806.60$
With these particular premium tires and tsw is a good brand for rims, I could not find a better site where I could buy them together so i could have them mounted and balanced, So if anyone could find a better deal then please let me know
In my opinion you should save your money and stick with the stock wheels and tires that came with your vehicle. I was a car dealer and I can tell you that after market custom tires and wheels add absolutely nothing to the resale value of you vehicle. In fact they many times lower the value. Many times I have bought cars at the dealer auction and pulled off the custom wheels and thrown them away or sold them separately.
