How do I improve my hand eye coordination?

What are the benefits of having good hand eye coordination? Do you think it would help me with the game "Stacker" in the arcade? Sources?

What are the benefits ?

Well, being able to hammer a nail without hitting your thumb is one that comes to mind.

Any video/arcade games are good practice to improve eye/hand coordination.

I don't think there is much you can do to improve it aside from practice. Good eye/hand coordination is mostly a matter of either you have it or you don't.

If you know for sure that you have no visual problems , then all you can do is practice.
