Mummies - would you consider this an acceptable birthday present?

A friend of mine was given a nappy changing bag by her husband for her birthday. Granted, it was a really stylish bag and it was one that she wanted, but she's not overly happy with it as a birthday present. She, like me, thinks that birthday presents should be something just for the birthday girl.
Would you be happy with that present? Have you ever been given a 'mummy' related gift for your birthday and were you pleased with it?
Just to say - the family earn well and didn't actually need the bag, so it wasn't a case of necessity.

oh im actually the opposite...i asked for mummy presents for christmas i wanted a changing table, a necklace saying 'mum', and 2 foot/hand print photoframes, and the money i got i spent it on clothes for nathaniel, for valentines day i got a big teddy bear and a balloon and nates pretty much claimed both of them! lol!!!
if i see something i like i just buy it, ive been told im impossible to buy for! lol.
