1950's Collectible handmade dolls from Spain?

Ok, I am trying to look for a doll my grandma once had as a teenage girl in Cuba. She described it as a handmade doll from Spain that was dressed in a Hawaiian grass skirt with head band, was of tan skin and had beautiful eyes. She said it was fairly tall and was made or maybe porcelain or something similar to porcelain. She said back then it was around $200 and was strictly to look at and not for play. My question is if anyone would know where I can possibly find that same doll or even just it's maker. Thank you very much, all answers are greatly appreciated
