What should i get a backpack,messenger bag,or a tote?

Its gonna be my freshmen year i high school and i don't know what to get.Well it needs to be strong And really pretty. Not to guyish. Something cool. Something thats fashonnn. Please help!!!!!!

It all depends on you, a nice messenger bag can get lost, left on a bus or whatever, where as a backpack is on your back, now, the books you might need for hmwrk will be heavy, but more likely not to get lost since you wear it and wont be putting it down each time you stop to talk to someone or do somehting, your hands are free too.............depends on how well you are at not losing things. A tote that is also a backpack, those Ive seen so you have both options too. But those arent made as specific for comfort on your shoulders and back
