What do I still need for baby?

I'm leaving clothing and diapers out, because I've asked for clothing & diapers only at my shower.

So far I have bought:
Nursery furniture (crib, dresser/changer, rocker w/ nursing ottoman)
Rocking bassinet
6 bassinet sheets
Swing
Bedding set (bumper, sheet, comforter, skirt, mobile)
Extra crib sheets
4 Swaddling blankets
10 reviving blankets
A few various fleece blankets and such
Breast flow bottles (6 - 5oz and 6- 9oz w/ cleaning kit)
Travel system (Car seat up to 30 lbs w/ stroller)

Pack n' play
Baby bath
Some small teething type toys

What else do I still need for baby? I don't know what to buy anymore... but I want to keep buying a little at a time like I have been.
