baby shower food ideas?

A friend's baby shower is this weekend, and I want to bake something baby-related...but I'm stumped! I was thinking I'd just make cookies shaped like rattles and stuff, but I want to be a little more creative (like chocolate truffles served in diapers--but perhaps a little less gross!)
Any ideas are welcome

Maybe a cake in the shape of baby booties or cupcakes with little baby birds in a nest on it. Martha Stewart's website has a lot of stuff and you know that woman is a genius!
