First tattoo only bumpy in one area..Scared!?

I just got a tattoo done about 4 days ago. It is a very small dove about two inches on the back of my neck. It looks great but it itches frequently and on the tail of the dove it has two very small bumps that are of pinkish not exactly red tone. I'm freaking out! Should I be worried or is this normal? Also... I'm in Italy so the only lotion they give me was a diaper rash cream.
