when did you get everything ready for baby?

hi guys
so 36 weeks Sunday and i have just
put up the cot
put the few clothes baby we have in the chest of draws. (we only have some nb things, like 7 sleepsuits as we don't know the gender, well we have some boy stuff from my previous son)
set up the bouncing chair.

i have to
prepare meals
pack the hospital bag
buy one boy and one girl outfit for going home (or should i just bring a unisex outfit)
get more bottles and set up the steriliser
buy formula
buy more nappies
finish nursery
set up babies Moses basket and wash the sheets and blankets
and more

i feel so unprepared its ridiculous at this point in my son pregnancy the nursery was completley set up, i had everything ready etc but this time i have only really just started preparing for him or her, when did you get everything ready and could you answer the going home outfit thing to thank you?

i wouldn't worry too much,as long as your baby is warm,fed and changed then all the other stuff can be done along the way.it sounds as if you've got all the basics so just sit back and relax! lord knows you wont be able to soon!
but i would buy a few unisex outfits,you never know how long you will need to stay in hospital and babies don't stay clean for long!
