I recently saw that an A321 from Lufthansa is painted in a very special "retro outfit"...?

so I thought that I really wanna to fly (as a passenger, of course) with this aircraft in the coming days. However, how can I find out which route(s) this aircraft (aircraft reg: D-AIRX) will make on Saturday? I mean I'm sure that the airline knows for the coming 3 or 4 days which routes this plane should fly. So how can I find out this, and then book the route this plane will fly? (how is the departement called which plans these things? dispatch? ops center?)
I mean, if you go to fightaware.com and then type in the aircraft reg of an US-plane (like a united airlines plane), you see where this plane is flying... however, this doesn't work for Lufthansa...

Ring the airline, I rang Quantus to find out what route the 'Wunala Dreaming' livery was on, and they told me.

I have seen D-AIRX in Edinburgh though. That's all I know.
