Will LLBean send me a different backpack?

I have a backpack with a broken zipper and a couple rips and I'm going to send it off to them to get it replace. I was wondering if they would send me the same type or a different one. This backpack is a limited edition one and they don't carry it anymore because I bought it over two years ago.

You need to contact them and let them know what you want. I haven't dealt with the folks from Freeport for awhile but they were always customer oriented.
